Shit Rush provides novelty prank delivery services. All products are intended for entertainment purposes only and are novelty items.
Legal Use
You agree that you will not use our services for:
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation
- Any illegal activities
- Violation of any local, state, or federal laws
- Stalking or unwanted contact
Shit Rush is not responsible for misuse of our products. Violation of these terms may result in legal action and service termination.
Privacy & Anonymity
We maintain strict confidentiality of customer information. However, we may disclose information if required by law or to prevent illegal activities.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If a package is refused or undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are not available for delivered packages unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Limitation of Liability
Shit Rush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.
